Briley Pines

Rates for Briley Pines are as follows:

$500 per night. We require a two night minimum. ( 3 night minimum on Holiday and Sno-Drift weekends )

Check in as early as 8am on your first day and check out as late as 6pm on your last day.

$2800 for a full week.  A savings of $700! If the facility is available any block of 7 consecutive days can be accommodated.

We have a limit of 24 people. Additional RVs and guests would be charged separately. 

Hosted Scrapbooking and Quilting Weekends can also be booked on a per person basis. Please email me ( and I will send you a list of scheduled weekends for the year.  The cost per person is $200. These are 4 full day/ 3 night weekends. Check in is as early as 12pm on Thursday and check out is as late as 6pm on Sunday. This includes a private room, 6 foot table, Ott light, Electric outlet, Very comfy chair, 5 meals ( 2 dinners and 3 brunches ) We go out to dinner one night per weekend for fun!  The meals I prepare are all made from scratch and very plentiful. I ask guests to pitch in with clean up after meals. I also ask each person to bring a snack, dessert or cocktail to share with the group. This helps keep costs down.  I have a maximum limit of 10 people per weekend this helps to social distance and give everyone enough space for their supplies. I reserve the right to cancel if I do not have a minimum of 6 people per weekend. FYI I strive to disinfect every inch of this facility for your safety. I ask everyone to be respectful of the others attending. If you have recently been exposed to anyone with COVID, ( Or any contagious illness ) or symptoms please do not come. Contact me immediately and we will reschedule a weekend for you in the future or refund, whichever is best for you. We all appreciate your consideration of each other. I do not require guests to wear masks. If you are here, it means that you feel confident that you are healthy!  Don't forget that you can rent the entire building, unhosted, and run your own weekend here if you have a group of 8-10 people.  HUGE well equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook as a team and enjoy a weekend with your besties. 

We require a $500 deposit for all reservations and you are not confirmed until your deposit is received. Your deposit is refundable for cancellations more than 30 days in advance. Less than 30 days you will forfeit the deposit. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. 

A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned in full if there is no damage or loss to our property upon inspection. This is due at the time of placing your reservation.

Housekeeping fee of $250 will be charged.

The person reserving our property must be a minimum of 21 years old. This person is responsible for the rules and behavior of all their guests. You are responsible for reading and following the rules on the table.

We currently do not accept Credit/Debit cards. 

Please pay with Checks or Money Orders. Thank you.  Info for payment will be sent at the time of your reservation.

We have a no pets policy, and there is no smoking in or near the building. Sand pots for butts are provided in front and back, PLEASE DO NOT throw butts in our yard, parking lot or flower pots! 

You will forfeit your entire deposit if this policy is ignored!

        we will let you pick another weekend in the current calendar year. ***
